Bands I’ve seen recently spoil Melbourne audiences I suspect.

Last night I saw the Troggs at Caravan in Oakleigh. Lovely, gnarly old blokes; great delivery but they only performed for an hour & ten minutes. The day I saw Kevin Borich at Musicland in October (see post Nov 14) he performed for two hours & was preceded by Double Shot of Blues (the John Williams’ band) & a young band. The Troggs had a support band I didn’t want to hear so at the end of the night I left still wanting to hear more of the songs I know, that I know they know.
