THE PARDONERS: GLYN MASON & SAM SEE

Caravan was full yesterday afternoon & after four hours of music (hosted by Laneway Music) we, the audience, left feeling elated & topped full of memories of so many great songs. It was a busy afternoon for Glyn Mason who under the Pardoners name is half of that duo (with Sam See) then part of the Spectrum-Ariel line-up.

A relaxed Mike Rudd was in top form as he & the band delivered a brilliant retrospective of music from the Spectrum & Ariel songbooks. Between songs Mike was at his comedic best telling tales, often at his own expense, all with precise timing: a gift used by the best comedians.
