On Oct 19 the three will hit the high seas on another Rock the Boat cruise but back-tracking … On Sunday Sept 29 they played at the Royal Oak in North Fitzroy. On Sunday Oct 6 they were at the Ember Lounge & on Sunday Oct 13 they will be at the Essendon Bowls Club.

At the Ember Lounge (the new room co-located with Memo Music Hall in St Kilda) their three voices harmonised brilliantly in a dedicated music venue with a good sound system. The trio now has an extensive repertoire of Australian songs with some great new additions. One of the stand-out songs in Sunday’s show was their rendition of Australian Crawl’s Boys Light Up. Other new highlights included Friday on My Mind & the Richard Clapton Don’t Waste Time which the trio did as their encore. A show by them wouldn’t be complete though without some teasing … On Sunday that was a slice of Morningtown Ride & a slither of Georgy Girl. 

Sam and Glyn will be busy on the cruise with the trio; as their duo the Pardoners & in the band with Brian Cadd & Glenn Shorrock.
