The book launch was held on February 23, with music at the launch provided by Field, See and Mason and the John Williams’ band Doubleshot of Blues. Mike Rudd and Dave Hogan came along too and sang. Mike in fact sang with Field, See and Mason and played harmonica with Doubleshot. The amalgamation of musicians playing at the end was great.
