Yah!! The book I’ll Be Gone, written about Mike Rudd & Spectrum is due out before the start of summer. Which in my thinking must mean it is due out in October or November.

Mike has been in Melbourne since late 1966 so that’s 54 years now. Such a long time & over all those years he has contributed to Australian music. This book, written by well-known music writer Craig Horne (who has previously written about Daddy Cool) will be published by Melbourne Books.

This biography is being launched (as a virtual launch) at Readings, Carlton on Monday November 16 at 8pm. People need to register for this but there is no charge.
