Secondhand Spacesuits including Kiwi Roger McLachlan (b), are described as a band who romp through classic songs by artists like Steve Winwood, Al Jarreau, Steeley Dan, Tony Joe White, JJ Cale and more. Others in the band are: Michael Oliphant (kbds), Ronnie Peers (g) and drummer Gerry Pantazis.

Mostly, Michael sings so it was nice to hear Roger deliver 3 songs of which the standout for me was the Badloves song Green Limousine.  

Embers is a stunning little room with great sound. It was packed Friday night making the small space cosy. Tony Martin from Black Sabbath was in the crowd. He was observed meeting each member of the band during their break then at the end speaking to each of them before he left the venue.

It was another enjoyable night in a lovely spot with a band who excel.
